To be healthy, it is important to take care of yourself. We live in such a fast-paced society, constantly busy with our work, our children's schedules, all the choices we are presented with daily. Many times we find ourselves at the end of the day, week, month, season, years...and we ask ourselves, where did the time go? Where am I? We have to stay connected with ourselves, healthy and vibrant, so that we can live connected to all that is.

I have lived in Sandpoint since 1994, working with at risk youth and families in outdoor and adventure education before becoming a certified life coach, Reiki practitioner and Craniosacral Therapist.

Being a coach with the Garden Company since 2000, I have worked with individuals in all areas of their lives, including personal, relationship and professional.  I have facilitated experiential-rooted team building and communication experiences, and bring with me an ability to allow participants to become more aware of themselves and realize their individual desires. The most significant gift in this is observing and witnessing the transformation that takes place.

Energetic healing allowed me to move old patterns out of my physical and energy "body" much faster and more effectively.  I became a Reiki practitioner first, and soon afterward completed a year-long shamanic medicine wheel course with The Four WInds Society, www.fourwindssociety.com.

I have been practicing Craniosacral therapy since 2008 and have found it to be essential in amplifying what I do. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams – about the weight of a nickel – practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it's effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

These experiential procesess have gifted me with focus in regards to my career: the what and how I want to contribute. I know I can now be of service and share these valuable tools and life lessons, while also drawing from what I have learned with others.
